Services Provided: DH Construction Group was entrusted with the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) responsibilities for Soulbrain Indiana’s chemical plant. Recognizing the potential challenges posed by the region’s climate, we implemented proactive strategies to mitigate delays. Through meticulous planning and efficient execution, a significant portion of the construction was successfully completed ahead of the winter season. This accomplishment not only advanced the project timeline but also created a strategic buffer for the remaining phases. Currently, we are making steady progress on the continuation of the Soulbrain 1.5 project.

Services Provided: DH Construction Group demonstrated strategic ingenuity and resilience in bringing Dongjin Semichem Texas’ chemical plant vision to life. Confronted with a significant 20% budget escalation caused by fluctuations in the US/Korea exchange rate and compounded by supply chain disruptions, the project faced substantial challenges. However, our team’s innovative solutions and streamlined strategies effectively minimized delays and kept the project on track. By addressing each obstacle with tailored approaches, DH Construction Group not only delivered the project on schedule but also earned high praise from Dongjin Semichem Texas for our commitment and execution.

Service Period: Electrical Works, Process Piping with Underground Piping, Utility Piping, Instrumentation Works, Equipment Installation
Services Provided: During Phase 1 of the CJ Bio America BIO Plant construction project, DH Construction Group was chosen as the exclusive trade contractor for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) services. Despite delays caused by other trades, our team upheld exceptional service standards, earning high praise for maintaining quality and efficiency. Our swift and precise execution of MEP construction ensured the project adhered to the original timeline as outlined in the schedule. In Phase 2, DH Construction Group secured the turnkey construction contract, surpassing client expectations with our proactive and efficient approach. This not only resulted in superior-quality outcomes but also delivered significant cost savings by completing the project below the projected budget.
